Tropical Smoothie Cafe Confirms Expansion at Innovation Springs Plaza

WESLEY CHAPEL / PASCO COUNTY, FL — Fast-casual beverage options are officially expanding across eastern Pasco County. Corporate site plans submitted by Hariras LLC on Saturday, Oct. 17, show that a new Tropical Smoothie Cafe storefront is moving through the structural pipeline for the newly developed Innovation Springs shopping complex.

The Development Layout

The incoming dining footprint will anchor the busy northern corner of the Overpass Road and Curley Road intersection. The specialty smoothie venue joins the rapidly growing, Publix-anchored commercial center, catering directly to vehicle traffic traveling along the newly constructed Overpass Road highway extension.
