First Apartments Open at Oasis at Two Rivers in Wesley Chapel
WESLEY CHAPEL / ZEPHYRHILLS, FL — The first apartments at the growing Two Rivers master-planned community are now leasing, giving residents another new rental option along the State Road 56 corridor.
The Oasis at Two Rivers began leasing apartments Aug. 27, marking the first rental phase of the much larger development near the Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills border.
The community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 818 to 1,316 square feet.
What's Available at Oasis at Two Rivers
The community includes three one-bedroom floor plans, four two-bedroom layouts and a three-bedroom option.
Apartment features include smart-home technology, keyless entry, stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances, quartz countertops and full-size washers and dryers. Select units also include screened balconies.
The development is designed as a larger amenity-focused apartment community rather than simply a collection of rental buildings.
Amenities Include Pool, Fitness Center and Pickleball
The approximately 11,000-square-foot clubhouse includes a fitness center, coffee bar and workspaces.
Outside, residents have access to a beach-entry swimming pool, pickleball court, paw park and EV charging spaces.
The community's official website currently lists the development as open, with the first move-ins scheduled for October.
Part of a Much Larger Buildout
Oasis at Two Rivers is only one piece of the larger Two Rivers development.
The master-planned community stretches along the SR 56 corridor and includes single-family homes as well as the new apartment community.
Pasco County officials are also reviewing plans for an expansion that could add thousands of additional homes, apartments, hotel space and other development.
That means the arrival of the first apartments is another step in the transformation of the area around SR 56 and the Wesley Chapel-Zephyrhills border.
