Candy Crawl Returns to The Shops at Wiregrass With Free Treats for 500 Kids

WESLEY CHAPEL / PASCO COUNTY, FL — Families looking for a safe, daytime alternative to trick-or-treating have a date to circle this month. Candy Crawl returns to The Shops at Wiregrass on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What to Expect

The free event, presented by Bright Horizons, gives kids a chance to trick-or-treat their way through the shopping center while enjoying live entertainment, crafts, games and a Touch-a-Truck display. Free treat bags and mini pumpkins to decorate will be available for the first 500 kids, along with a bounce house and inflatable obstacle course. Costumes are optional but encouraged.

Candy Crawl is organized in partnership with and benefits TBMG Cares, Inc., a nonprofit supporting Tampa Bay moms, families and the broader community.

Why It Matters for Wesley Chapel

For parents who'd rather skip the heat and crowds of traditional trick-or-treating, Candy Crawl offers a daytime, family-friendly way to kick off the Halloween season close to home — no costume required, and free for the whole family to attend.
