Tiên’s Sandwich Wesley Chapel Sets November Opening for Banh Mi and Boba

WESLEY CHAPEL / PASCO COUNTY, FL — Tiên’s Sandwich Wesley Chapel is getting ready to open in Wiregrass Ranch, bringing a banh mi and boba tea shop to 2557 Mansfield Blvd. The shop, helmed by Vietnamese chef Chau Le, is expected to open in November. An exact date has not been announced.
What’s on the Menu
Tiên’s will serve Vietnamese-French submarine-style sandwiches, priced from $8.95 for a classic to $10.95 for a premium banh mi. The menu also includes beef pho, vermicelli bowls and spring rolls, plus a boba tea lounge.
Imported Ingredients, House-Baked Bread
The shop will use ingredients imported from Vietnam and tea brought in from Taiwan. Baguettes will be baked in-house from a proprietary flour blend meant to deliver a crunchy crust and an airy inside, owner Tommy Nguyen said.
A Family-Owned Spot
Nguyen runs the shop with his wife and business partner, Trang Le, and it is named after their daughter. The shop seats about 40. The couple live in the neighborhood and said residents have been asking for another Vietnamese option and for more family-owned restaurants. Down the road, they plan to add regional specialties and are eyeing a full-service restaurant.
